Individual Therapy
Each of us carries a unique story - one filled with moments of triumph and moments of struggle, joys and heartaches. Our experiences and relationships shape our internal reality - influencing the way we perceive the world, think about ourselves, experience emotions, and respond to life's challenges. We can sometimes get stuck in a cycle of struggle, leaving us unsure how to create the change we want to see in our life. In individual therapy, we'll create a space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. By naming and processing your experiences, you'll learn to navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace, paving the way for lasting change and greater peace and freedom in your relationship with yourself and others.

Couples Therapy
Relationships are undoubtedly challenging, and couples face many obstacles. These challenges can stem from differences in communication styles or love languages, as well as life stages that make it difficult to prioritize time together. Research shows that couples often get stuck in negative cycles characterized by unmet needs, hurtful messages, and protective responses. These patterns hinder effective communication and erode the foundation of trust, friendship, and understanding within the relationship. In couples therapy, we work collaboratively to identify barriers to intimacy and provide practical tools and strategies to navigate conflicts, heal past wounds, and foster closeness and connection.
Specializations: Emotionally Focused Therapy (advanced training in Sue Johnson’s Couples EFT, including Externship, Core Skills, and ongoing supervision) and Gottman (Level 1 trained)
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a proven therapy that harnesses the brain's natural healing abilities to address trauma, whether big or small. By engaging in EMDR processing, individuals can alleviate lingering distress and symptoms of trauma and regain a sense of safety and stability, as well as a more positive view of oneself and the world. Through EMDR, the journey of healing unfolds, leading to resilience and renewed strength and hope.
